In a frozen article raw data import is available. At a first glance the data to import is not saved (which should be correct).
Check if the data is not imported under an erroneous id. Do not import data in backend if user supplies raw data for a frozen article.
Remove GUI to import raw data for a frozen article.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Content -> Articles
Click on a category
Freeze an article
Go to raw data tab of frozen article
